Hi – I’m Sarah, a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. I am committed to providing a space for you to discover a new way of eating; one that celebrates the simplicity, flavour, and nourishment of whole foods. I will guide you to feel balanced and empowered in your own unique health journey. 

After completing my degree at Western University, I worked as an events specialist in professional sports, while my interest in food and nutrition only remained a Google distraction at the office. My interest evolved after working with a nutritionist myself, and I made the decision to return to school. I completed my education at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN), as well as earned my certification in Marni Wasserman’s Culinary Nutrition in the Kitchen, and Kyla Fox’s Understanding Eating Disorders for Nutritional Practitioners.

Passionate about cooking, I incorporate it into my practice, helping clients to become more comfortable in the kitchen. Sessions with me are a collaboration, tailored to each individual; building a greater awareness of cravings and what they signify – as well as ways to listen to them creatively and deliciously.  

My services include: one-on-one personalized nutrition sessions at Abaton; one-on-one cooking sessions in Abaton’s beautiful kitchen; grocery shopping and label overview sessions at a local grocery-store; and in-home cupboard revamp.
