Jessica has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018 and is currently in her last year of studies at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Her therapeutic approach is client-specific with the ideology that all things in the body are deeply connected. She is determined to treat the cause of her clients’ concerns, all while respecting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Through life experiences, she has taken a keen interest in fertility, pelvic health, prenatal, postnatal and all things babies!

As part of her training in education, Jessica has used her skills acquired in the high-risk Antenatal Unit, Labour and Birthing Units, Maternal and Newborn Unit at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto. This is where she provided Massage Therapy for women in the Birthing and Postpartum Units and Level 3 hospital patients experiencing high risk pregnancies.

Jessica has taken advanced training in Myofascial Release, Strain Counterstrain, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Release / Ischemic Compressions, Neuromuscular Techniques, Swedish Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Osteopathic Techniques including Craniosacral Therapy. This enables her to treat a wide range of conditions including chronic pain (neck, lower back, pelvis), headaches, migraines, soft tissue injuries, poor breathing, pregnancy aches, constipation / diarrhea, post-surgical scar (breast, cesarean), and Paediatric massage.
