HypnoBirthing® – The Mongan Method is as much a philosophy as a technique. In this 5 week pre-natal class, you and your birth companion will learn techniques and tools to implement during pregnancy and labour to achieve your best birth outcome. Throughout the course, you will practice guided imagery, visualizations and special breathing techniques designed for deep relaxation. Mamas will learn to trust their body, letting go of the myth that pain is a necessary part of labour. You will explore, acknowledge and release fears you may be holding regarding pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood and review everything you need to know for labour.

Dr. Stephanie Zelembaba is a Naturopathic Doctor that combines her knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine with the HypnoBirthing principles to give you all the tools you will need to feel confident prior to and during your birth.
