Being a Level 3 Advanced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist , she has given excellent results in multitude of her clients ranging from pregnancy related pelvic pain to chronic pelvic pain/bladder incontinence and sexual dysfunction. She treats men and women.
Gaaya is also a McMaster University-certified Medical Acupuncture Provider. She is one of the few G.L.A.D – Arthritis Therapist who can help hip and knee arthritis clients. She a proud student of Robin Mckenzie himself for MDT – McKenzie Techniques for spine and also skilled in Mulligan concepts of joint and spine mobilizations.
She has primarily worked in a clinical setting, but does have experience working with Sports teams, Outpatient department in a multi-specialty hospital. She displays a great deal of passion for yoga and owns a Gold membership (CYA- RYT- 500) from Canadian Yoga Alliance.
